At GFE we believe that ongoing professional maintenance is the key to protecting the long term value of your property. To achieve this we can either take care of your garden for you or teach you how to do it yourself. 

Our team of qualified and experienced horticulturists can provide you with professional ongoing maintenance for your landscape. The maintenance service can take care of your complete garden or be tailored to cater for specific areas such as lawns, garden beds, irrigation, water features etc.

Costed sustainable garden maintenance programs are available on request and low maintenance landscapes can be designed by Gardens from Eden. All this is backed up with expert horticultural advice.

Education on how to safely and sustainably look after the landscape is paramount to the service we provide. Informative literature on how to care for your garden and landscape is available. Colin's extensive experience in teaching students in horticulture and landscape design is invaluable in helping you to properly look after your garden.

We offer quarterly practical seasonal gardening advice at Le Jardine de Rose' a French style rose garden situated at Melville Nurseries, 40 Masonmill Road, Carmel.  The garden was designed by Colin and partially constructed by Gardens from Eden in conjunction with Melville Nurseries.

Workshops are usually held in the first or second week of February, May, August and November providing practical tips and hands on gardening to help you maintain your own garden.  Topics include pruning, planting, safe pest and disease control, fertilisers, wetting agents, soils and soil improvement, mulches, roses, growing vegetable and fruit and lots more.
