Burswood

Small in size, big in wow! I was commissioned by owners of a Perth advertising company to transform their rear courtyard and small front garden.  They were short on space but wanted a liveable outdoor room' with the wow factor'. The whole courtyard including the drying court and rear access gate could be seen from the house which made the area uninviting. Consequently GFE designed and constructed an innovative solution to their dilemma.  New rendered walls were slightly offset to screen the drying court and gate whilst providing a backdrop, complete with mirror for the new barbecue area. The existing wooden pergola was replaced with a sleek new patio to provide year round use.

A modern contemporary look was achieved with a stylish stainless steel water feature set against a vibrant red wall and contemporary exposed aggregate concrete paving.  Colourful and exuberant planting completed the look. In the front garden a classical water feature was added to add a little pizzazz' to the entry of the home.  The wow factor was now achieved.
