Redcliffe

Park life for aged care. When the Aegis Aged Care group developed the new Parkview facility in Redcliffe, GFE worked with architects Simon Youngleson to create a landscape with a contemporary cottage' theme.  Although some residents could see the nearby parklands, they were unable to enjoy them due to the busy road. To alleviate this, built-in seating areas were designed within fully enclosed courtyards that allowed the patrons to enjoy their own private outdoor' environment. Low maintenance planting and sub-surface irrigation were installed to provide a water efficient garden.
