New growth for a coastal retreat.  When St Francis Aged Care was extended and redeveloped with the addition of a new Dementia wing, GFE worked with architects Montague Grant to create a new landscaped courtyard. Restricted access presented challenges for installation and construction so GFE ensured there was minimal impact to existing residents.

Shade, maintenance and drainage issues were overcome with the installation of artificial grass and new drainage cells. Sensory planting enhanced the charm of the courtyard, along with a colourful interactive water wall.
